Final Thoughts

 On Sunday, 9/20/26, I taught on communion again. It was a powerful time of repentance and re-dedication to the Lord. We sang "I have decided to follow Jesus".

We got a report that the demonized woman, who had got up on the stage, had slept through the night for the first time in years and her blood pressure was normal. She got deliverance and healing!

Then Jane and I flew to Nairobi, Kenya, the capital city. Bishop Joseph and Job met us for dinner at the airport. Bishop Joseph drove Pastor Jane to his house and they hosted her for the night. Then he took her to the airport the next day for her flight to Tanzania, her birth country. She was going to speak at a women's conference and then visit her mother.

Overall, this was a very fruitful mission trip. I praise God for all He did. Amazing!

The trip home was very long. The flight from Doha, Qatar, to Philly was 14 hours. When we were about one hour out of Philly, the captain came on and said there was problem at the Philly airport and we might have to divert to JFK airport in New York. Fortunately, the problem was solved and we were able to land in Philly. When I got off the plane, I found out my final flight to RDU was canceled. I looked at my phone and American had already placed me on a later flight. So instead of arriving home at 8 p.m., I arrived home at midnight. Expect the unexpected! At least I got home safely and am recuperating from jet lag.

God Blesses Many

 Today I taught on deliverance. In the afternoon, many people came for deliverance from unforgiveness, anger and the like. It was wonderful to see so many responding to the word and the altar call.

Then a mother brought her young daughter up for prayer. She was crying because of a flu bug that gave her a headache, fever and stomach ache. After the first prayer she was feeling better.  After the second prayer, the flu symptoms were gone. Praise Jesus!

Deliverance before Teaching

 Tomorrow I will teach on deliverance.

Today we had a wild time. A demonized woman jumped up on the stage and started attacking the worship team, especially the female worship leader. She was making a big distraction to stop the worship. The pastors wrangled her off the stage and were trying to deliver her there. The demon was trying to bite people, including me. Several deaconnesses and I got her to the back. In the Name of Jesus, I got the demon to submit and be quiet. I called the woman to the top (conscientious) and asked her if she wanted to be free. She said yes. Ministering took a while but several demons came out and she was set free. 

Later I used this as a teaching moment. We prayed over the stage and the people who were touched by her or they touched her. We pled the blood of Jesus over the entire buildings and grounds. I gave some instructions, recommendations, about deliverance. 

God Blessed the Ethiopian Church

 Hi. I am finally able to post!

Sunday in Ethiopia was powerful.  I taught on "Do this in Rememerance of Me". I went through the last days of Jesus's life and death. We had a time of repentance. Then we had communion. 

The time of prayer for releasing the anointing for healing was powerful. People were manifesting the presence of God.  A number rested in the Spirit. Pastor Jane prayed for healings and deliverance. 2 men received deliverance and 1 woman received partial deliverance. A lot happened. 

God is Touching People Mightily

 Yesterday I taught 4 lessons on healing. Pastor Jane and I prayed over people for healing in the morning with not much results. We both felt that these people needed long term deliverance sessions. After lessons 3 and 4, Pastor Jane prayed for healing and I prayed to release the healing anointing. The worship has been powerful, bringing in the presence of God.

She saw some healing and deliverance. I saw many people touched by the power of God. Some times the anointing was so strong, people could hardly stand. God gave me words of knowledge for some people. Even children wanted the anointing. One child received the Lord!

After lunch, the church leaders prayed blessings over us.  Then they asked us to pray over them. Again God showed up in power and prophesy. One leader had his ears opened! Praise God!

Arrived Safely

 I arrived safely just at midnight Tuesday morning. Passport control wasn't too bad but getting my luggage was time consuming. I was told luggage carousel 4 when they sent our luggage to 3 and 4. I finally found my luggage and got in the customs line which had about a hundred people in it. I had the opportunity to chat with a young American man who was coming to meet his girlfriend for the first time. He was going to be baptized into the Orthodox faith.

On the second flight, I had a long conversation with a 60 year old Kenyan-American woman who was going to the funeral of her sister in Kenya. She was a Christian and I prayed for peace and comfort for her family. One of her daughters was not communicating with her. We went through security and sat and chatted for a while longer in the terminal. 

On the third flight I talked to a Christian man. He lives in Texas and returns to his homeland of Ethiopia to visit his children. He was very hurt by his wife divorcing him.

Anyway, I arrived at the hotel safely around 4 a.m. I am tired and sleeping in.

Miracles Already

 Jere dropped me off at the airport. I have 2 large bags, a carry on, at CPAP machine, and my personal item which has a heavy portable battery in it. I was going to get a cart but I'm too  cheap to pay $7 for it. Just as I was about to wrangle the luggage, an American airlines porter comes  by, and said can I help you? YES. He hauled them all the way to the ticket counter for me! I was very early for check ln. At first the ticket agent said I was too early for her to check in the bags. Then she asked what time the flight was and changed her mind and checked them in. Then I had 2 men with  wheel chairs ask me if I needed a ride. :(

Ethiopia and Kenya trip September 2026

 Hello, Here I go again! God has called me to Ethiopia and Kenya. I will leave on Sunday, September 6th, and return on Monday, September 21st. I will try to post pictures and the amazing stories about what God is doing. There has been a lot of warfare leading up to this trip, so I expect God to do wonderful things. I appreciate your prayers.
